After a fellowship in Limb Reconstriction at Leeds General Infirmary, she is now a consultant at University Hospital Southampton specialising in Trauma and Limb Reconstruction.  She is currently on the OTS Educational Sub-committee and on the executive committee of the BLRS.

Mr Ash Vasireddy is an Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon specialising in the management of complex upper limb, lower limb, pelvic and acetabular fractures. He works at King’s College Hospital (Major Trauma Centre) in London. At King’s, he is the Director of the Post-CCT Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship Programme. He has extensive experience in Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care and Anaesthesia. As a result, he is a Prehospital Care/HEMS Consultant, and is Research Lead with the regional Air Ambulance Service. He also is a Lecturer at the Blizard Institute of Trauma Sciences (Barts & The London Medical School) and at The Institute of Prehospital Care at London’s Air Ambulance.

Beth Pincher is a trauma consultant at the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield. After graduating in 2010, she undertook her surgical and orthopaedic training in the Yorkshire and Humber deanery. She has completed fellowships in both trauma & limb reconstruction, with particular focus on open fracture management and the Ilizarov method.

Beth has a keen interest in education and regularly teaches as an ATLS instructor. She has previously organised and delivered ST3 and FRCS courses with the Orthopaedic Network group. Last year she completed a PGCert in medical education.

Sarah Gill is a Consultant Orthopaedic & Major Trauma surgeon at the QEUH, Glasgow. She has a subspecialty interest in Major Trauma care, pelvic, rib and periarticular lower limb fracture fixation. She completed trauma fellowships at Shock Trauma Centre, Baltimore as AO Travelling Fellow and at Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham. She was the previous Undergraduate MSK course convenor and the University of Dundee and has an MD in Medical Education, in which the focus was the role of feedback in psychomotor task learning.  Sarah was previous Bone & Joint 360 journal podcast editor and currently teaches on national and international periprosthetic fracture and chest wall trauma courses. She is Chair of the newly-formed SCOT committee Scottish Trauma Interest Group (STIG, 2022).

Nathanael Ahearn is a Severn Deanery trainee, who has MTC Consultant level experience in Coventry and Bristol. He works as a consultant specialising in trauma and knee surgery at Torbay Hospital in South Devon. He has a keen interest in medical education and mentoring future generations of orthopaedic surgeons, being a member of the Academy of Medical Educators and is completing a PG Cert in Teaching and Learning for Health Professionals. He is also passionate about his role as BOA Senior Culture and Diversity Champion.
